TelnetPhone Voice over the Internet Protocol service is an Internet phone service delivered through your high-speed Internet access provider.  TelnetPhone Service is not subject to any Canadian regulation today and does not follow the traditional phone rules and regulations.  E911 is now available on TelnetPhone.  Your TelnetPhone Service is offered on a month-to-month basis.  A valid credit card number must be provided at the time you sign-up for the TelnetPhone Service.  *To enable Long Distance service, you authorize AE Electronics Corp. to automatically charge your card for a minimum of $20 or your defined amount.  Long distance service charge will be deducted from this prepaid deposit balance at the end of each chargeable call ended.  The first month begins on the date the service is activated.  The monthly fee is charged upon activation regardless of whether you use the service or not.  The first month is prorated from the date of account activation to the end of the month.  It is agreed that this Service Agreement is automatically renews subsequent terms of this Agreement on a month-to-month basis without further action by any party.

Upon cancellation of your TelnetPhone and/or ADSL service, you agree to return your TelnetPhone rental adapter/ADSL rental modem and its associated power adapter, boxes, CD, cables, etc. to AEBC within 7 days.  For whatever reason you will fail or return all items within 7 days, a $5 per day late return charge will apply.  The maximum penalty is $79 plus applicable taxes.  The TelnetPhone adapter/ADSL Modem and accessories must be returned in good working condition.  You authorize AEBC to charge the applicable amount to your credit card account if returned items are damaged or missing.  Notice to you of any changes to the ‘Terms and Conditions’ shall be considered given when AEBC posts the change on www.telnetphone.ca.  To keep up to-date on the Terms and Conditions you agree to read the posting from time to time.  Notice will be considered received by you, and such changes will become binding on the date posted, and no further notice will be given by AEBC.  It is your responsibility to check the terms and conditions from time to time for updates and changes.  Your signature below is the proof that you have read and agree to the above TelnetPhone service and its Terms and Conditions.  You are fully aware of the limitation of the TelnetPhone service.  You hold AEBC harmless in all situations.

I certify that all information provided on this form is true and correct.  My signature on this document constitutes “signature on file”.  I will be responsible for all fees/charges incurred through the use of AEBC Internet Corporation’s (AE/AEBC) service with this account.  If this is a Credit Card/Direct Debit Purchase, I authorize AEBC to charge my Credit Card/Bank Account for all my payments that is due or past due, and all extra charges incurred with the services provided.  I agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions.  All personal information is considered confidential and will not be distributed.
